  8. products. Visiting an Artisoft Authorized Five Star Dealer gives a customer
  9. the opportunity to see in-store demonstrations of Artisoft products and
  10. merchandise immediately available for purchase. Dealers who earn the
  11. new Five Star authorization are more than good salespeople. They have
  12. been thoroughly trained and tested before certification. To make sure they
  13. stay current with Artisoft's constantly improving technology and expanding
  14. product line, the Artisoft Authorized Five Star Dealers will be recertified
  15. annually.  They will have a direct line to Artisoft sales and technical
  16. support headquarters, enabling them to provide faster and more detailed
  17. answers for their customers. As a result, they will usually be sales leaders
